? Daily operation of Monitoring system
? Daily operation of Spam Services
? Daily operation of backup and recovery system
? Desktop support on LAN
? Monthly and ADHOC Reports from the Service Desk
? Monthly and Weekly Reports from the Monitoring system
? Monthly Spam reports to customers
? Attend to all basic warranty related calls with assistance from senior technicians
? Field manufacturer related questions between Sales and the manufacturer or technicians.
